• Check-in is after 4:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out is before 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old with a government ID.

• Children are welcome when supervised by an adult at all times.
• No pets are allowed.
• Extra-person charges may apply depending on property policy.
• Onsite group events must be discussed and approved prior to booking.

• Please treat the place with care and respect.
• You are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition in which it was found upon arrival, normal use excepted.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your party during your stay.
• No sandy, muddy, or heavily soiled items are permitted in the washer and dryer. Any resulting damage or required cleaning will be charged to the renter.

• Before departure, please strip all used beds (including sheets and pillowcases).
• Place all soiled linens and towels in the designated location

• Please clean the kitchen thoroughly after use, including countertops, stovetop, and appliances.
• All dishes, cookware, and utensils must be washed or placed in the dishwasher prior to departure.
• Please load the dishwasher before departure.

• No frying is permitted in the kitchen, including deep frying or pan frying with oil or grease.

• Please leave bathrooms tidy and dispose of trash properly.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
• Remove all personal food items from the refrigerator and pantry before departure.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Smoking is allowed outside only.
• Drug use of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• Bodily fluids, biohazards, stains on furniture, vandalism, or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees required to restore the property to its original condition.
• Charges will be billed to the payment method on file. If no method is available, an invoice will be issued and is due upon receipt.
• Any property damage will be billed to the renter.

• The property is equipped with a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector.
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit/debit card or deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges; they cannot be guaranteed.
